Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and explain the specifications of our hoists and cranes to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional quotations and proposals.
2. Field Marketing & Outreach
- Travel across assigned territories (50% of the role) to meet factory managers, purchase heads, and engineers.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and suggest the right machinery solutions.
3. Digital Platform Management
- Manage our presence on B2B platforms like IndiaMart.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert digital leads into sales.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Provide basic post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and client visits.
- Report directly to management regarding market trends and competitor activity.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Crane: 3 years (Required)
