Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of product listing, marketplace operations, and online sales. The candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
- Update product information, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date.
Product Listing
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, and specifications.
- Upload new products and maintain existing listings.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for product images and content.
Order Management
- Monitor daily orders and coordinate with the operations team.
- Track order status and ensure timely processing.
- Handle order-related issues and customer queries.
Marketplace Support
- Assist in managing seller accounts.
- Monitor account performance and follow marketplace guidelines.
- Support in resolving listing and account-related issues.
Promotions & Advertising Support
- Assist in running basic promotional campaigns.
- Support senior team members in marketplace advertising activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Sales & Reporting
- Track daily sales performance.
- Prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
- Identify products with low stock and coordinate for replenishment.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or Shopify.
- Familiarity with product listing and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in handling product uploads will be an added advantage.
