Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations and other applicable corporate laws.
Drafting Board and Committee agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions.
Assisting in ROC filings and maintenance of statutory registers and records.
Coordinating with statutory auditors, internal auditors, legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
Assisting in secretarial audit, due diligence and corporate governance matters.
Supporting fundraising, IPO, listing and other strategic corporate transactions, as applicable.
Preparing and reviewing corporate documents, policies and regulatory disclosures.
Handling day-to-day secretarial and compliance activities.
Eligibility:
Semi-Qualified Company Secretary or CS Professional Programme Passed.
Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and corporate compliances.
Good drafting, communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MCA and SEBI filing procedures will be an added advantage.
Prior internship or practical experience in secretarial/compliance functions will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
