Future Varsity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and policy formulation.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule and manage interview processes and candidate communication.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Support management in updating and improving HR processes.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and separation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
HR Operations
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain HRMIS and employee databases.
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for employee-related matters.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support as required.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports for management review.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Assist in performance management and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in the Education Industry will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Experience in drafting and implementing HR policies.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and company standards.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
