We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead with 5–6 years of experience who can manage technical operations, lead development teams, and handle client communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage frontend and backend development projects.
- Strong understanding of AWS services, server management, and deployment processes.
- Guide the technical team and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support the sales team with technical documents, proposals and project-related discussions.
- Review code quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide mentorship to developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Frontend Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue).
- Strong understanding of Backend Technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, etc.).
- Experience with AWS, cloud infrastructure, and server handling.
- Prior experience working in a Team Lead (TL) position.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and supporting sales activities.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Experience Required:
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
