We are expanding our team and seeking dynamic educational counselors at both Junior and Senior levels. In this role, you will guide students and parents through high-stakes educational decisions across three major verticals:
- Global Study Abroad: Admissions for Management, IT, Engineering, and global UG/PG programs (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia).
- MBBS Abroad: Navigating affordable medical programs in top universities (Russia, Georgia, Central Asia, etc.).
- Local Medical Admissions: Guiding NEET aspirants through local private/deemed university quotas and state counseling.
Key ResponsibilitiesIf you are joining as a Junior Consultant (1–2 Years Exp):
- Lead Nurturing: Connect with warm leads generated from our digital campaigns, education fairs, and walk-ins.
- Profile Mapping: Analyze student profiles (12th grades, NEET scores) to recommend matching courses and countries.
- Process Coordination: Assist students in compiling documents, application forms, and transcripts.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain impeccable records of daily follow-ups and pipeline stages.
If you are joining as a Senior Consultant (3–4+ Years Exp):
- High-Value Conversion: Conduct face-to-face counseling at our Indore office to close premium admission packages.
- Regulatory & Process Mastery: Manage end-to-end applications, student visas, loan assistance, and stay 100% updated on NMC guidelines and international student visa policies.
- Parent Management: Expertly handle financial discussions, ROI questions, and safety concerns with parents.
- Mentorship: Guide and train junior team members to maximize overall branch conversions.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–4 years in Overseas Education, MBBS Counseling, Immigration Sales, or High-Ticket Tele-sales.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent presentation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with university intakes (Fall/Spring), English proficiency tests (IELTS/PTE), or medical counseling (MCC/NEET) is highly preferred.
- The Hustle: A target-driven mindset with the resilience to maintain high follow-up rates during peak admission seasons.
