Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of our in-house tech products, including AI-integrated platforms and internal tooling. You will lead the ongoing CRM software setup project and shape the product roadmap for future developments.
What You'll Own:
- Product Strategy: Drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for internal tech products, focusing on AI-integrated solutions and other technologies.
- CRM Implementation: Own and advance the in-progress CRM implementation, managing requirements, vendor coordination, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout.
- Specifications Development: Translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders throughout sprint cycles to ensure alignment and execution.
- KPI Tracking: Define and track product KPIs, driving iterative improvements post-launch based on data and user feedback.
- AI/ML Integration: Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities into product workflows to enhance functionality and user experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4–5 years in product management
- Domain: B2B / enterprise tech products, internal tooling
- MustHave: End-to-end product builds from 0→1 and scaling
- CRM: Hands-on experience setting up or managing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or equivalent)
- AI / Tech: Exposure to AI integration in product workflows
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira/Linear, Figma (wireframing), basic SQL, and analytics dashboards
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, excellent written communication, and effective cross-functional execution
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, CPaaS, or communication platforms.
- Experience with data architecture or BI tooling (e.g., Snowflake).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
