About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper sign-in procedures.
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
