Core Responsibilities
- Structural Assessments: Conducting detailed site inspections and structural audits to identify the root causes of cracks, leaks, or degradation.
- Repair Planning: Developing comprehensive repair, retrofitting, or rehabilitation plans tailored to the specific failure type (e.g., concrete spalling, foundation settlement).
- Feasibility and Cost Estimation: Preparing material take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQ), and project estimates to keep repair work within budget.
- Quality Control: Supervising daily repair work, ensuring contractors follow structural blueprints, and monitoring the safety and durability of the repairs.
- Compliance: Ensuring all structural modifications adhere to local building and safety regulations
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
