SOFTWARE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE [TECH SUPPORT] - FRSHER REQUIRED
[BCA - FRESHER TO 1 YEAR – BYKE PREFERRED FOR FIELD VISIT]
As a Software Support Executive with a specialization in Microsoft Visual Studio Frameworks Shall provide a hybrid role of traditional IT helpdesk support and software maintenance for legacy or custom VB & VB.NET -based WINDOW Applications and may require visit to Client sites as well. [ THIS IS FULL TIME REGULAR POSITION & NO WFH]
► JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Application Maintenance & Support: Develop, debug, and maintain legacy [VB 6.0] or [VB.NET] applications.
- Troubleshooting: Software Support: VB & VB.NET BASED ERP & RELATED SOFTWARE.
- System Support: Provide first-line and second-line IT support to Customers and internal staff, resolving Windows OS issues, Resolve Software issues.
- Database Interaction: Perform basic [SQL Server] or [MS Access] database queries for troubleshooting application data.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain documentation of all support activities, system configurations, and application changes. Update Log periodically
- Deployment: Install and configure software, including workstations for new users.
► REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Programming Language: Strong knowledge of VB.NET or VB 6.0programming.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Windows based Applications.
- Database Familiarity: Knowledge of SQL Server 20082016 or MS Access.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Analytical skills to diagnose application bottlenecks or hardware faults.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
