Sales Representative – Cosmic Surgicals Position Title Sales Representative Company Cosmic Surgicals Job Summary The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company's surgical and medical products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, healthcare institutions, and medical professionals. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities 1. Promote and sell Cosmic Surgicals products to healthcare providers and medical institutions. 2. Identify new business opportunities and develop potential customers. 3. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service. 4. Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers. 5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. 6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. 7. Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence reports. 8. Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery. 9. Attend medical exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events when required. 10. Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. - Previous sales experience in medical devices, surgical products, or healthcare products is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
