Department : E-Commerce Sales and Marketing
An E-Commerce Sales Executive is responsible for Manage and monitor online sales on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and company website.
Key Responsibilities : Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory, Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch activities. Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and customer complaints. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Generate sales reports and MIS reports.
Required Skills
Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces, Strong communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. Understanding of online order management systems. Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
Offered Salary : 15000 to 25000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
