Sales Executive – Fragrance (HoReCa)

Job Overview
Sachee Fragrances & Flavours is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive – Fragrance (HoReCa) to expand business opportunities within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HoReCa) segment. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, product presentations, and achieving sales targets for fragrance solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector
· Promote fragrance products and solutions to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and related businesses
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
· Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sampling activities
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Coordinate with the Production, R&D, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction
· Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis
· Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments
· Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
Required Qualifications-
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
· 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Fragrance, FMCG, Hospitality, or related industries
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities
Pay: ₹25,768.47 - ₹33,791.51 per month
