Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall kitchen operations efficiently
- Supervise kitchen staff and daily activities
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor food preparation and presentation
- Control kitchen inventory and reduce wastage
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and food items
- Coordinate with management for smooth operations
- Maintain staff discipline and work schedules
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
