About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing who has prior experience working in a digital marketing agency environment and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of end-to-end digital marketing processes, client communication, team coordination, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounts across different industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams including designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and paid advertising teams.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and website performance optimization.
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, content planning, keyword research, and performance tracking.
- Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are maintained.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend digital marketing improvements for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Website Management (WordPress/Wix or similar platforms)
- Social Media Management
- Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Content Marketing
- Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, etc.)
- Design and Creative Review
- Excellent project management and client communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.).
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience with ClickUp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL), or similar project management and marketing platforms.
