Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex data to support business strategies and operational improvements. The role requires strong analytical thinking, expertise in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop data models and analytical frameworks to solve business problems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide performance insights.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Create automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
- Develop executive-level reports and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics,
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Analytics roles.
- Experience working with enterprise-level datasets and reporting environments.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable business insights.
- Experience in industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, E-commerce, Telecom, Manufacturing, or Technology is preferred.
