Job Summary:
The Account Manager / CFO is responsible for managing the company's financial operations, accounting processes, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. The role ensures financial stability, profitability, and compliance with all statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Finance & Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, banking, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Analyze business performance and profitability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Manage internal and external audits.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Monitor financial KPIs and business performance.
- Present financial reports to senior management.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team.
- Establish financial controls and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Advanced knowledge of Tally, ERP, Zoho Books, and MS Excel.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualification:
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
- Professional finance certification preferred.
Experience:
- Account Manager: 3–6 Years
- CFO / Head of Finance: 8–15+ Years
