Job Title: Accountant (full time / part time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial activities of our growing startup organization. The role includes handling accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, payroll coordination, bank reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records. The candidate should have knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances applicable in India. Proficiency in accounting software such as TallyPrime or Zoho Books and good knowledge of MS Excel are preferred.
The candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in handling finance and administrative coordination for small businesses or startups will be an added advantage.

Qualification / Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related activities, preferably in a startup or small-to-medium business environment.
· Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll processing, and statutory compliance requirements in India.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preparation of MIS reports, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Roles & responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day accounting activities including invoices, payments, receipts, and expense tracking.
· Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
· Handle payroll processing and support statutory compliance activities such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings.
· Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS (Management Information System) statements, and support budgeting and cash flow monitoring.
· Coordinate with vendors, auditors, banks, and internal teams for financial and administrative activities.
· Ensure timely documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
