Job Description: Executive Assistant (Admin & Operations Support) Location: B-37/B, Jhilmil Industrial Area, Delhi

Education: Graduate (any stream; engineering background preferred)

Reporting to: Director
Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organised, and dependable Executive Assistant to support our Director while managing day-to-day office administration and providing operational coordination support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in communication, strong in follow-ups, and capable of working independently in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Executive Assistance
· Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
· Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups
· Draft emails, handle official communication, and maintain documentation
· Prepare reports, data sheets, and trackers using Excel
· Coordinate travel planning, bookings, and itineraries
· Act as a single point of coordination between the Director and internal teams.
Office Administration
· Handle daily office administration activities
· Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and basic procurement
· Maintain files, records, and proper documentation
· Support coordination, reporting, and follow-ups across departments
Operations Management & Internal Coordination
· Assist in day-to-day operational coordination within the manufacturing setup
· Coordinate with internal departments such as production, sales, dispatch, purchase, and Customer Relationship Department for updates and follow-ups
· Track and share basic operational updates as required by the Director
· Support documentation related to operations, material movement, and vendor communication
· Ensure smooth internal communication and task closure across departments
Google Workspace & Digital Tools
· Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs) for daily communication and coordination
· Maintain shared calendars, documents, and reports
· Organise data, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers digitally
Required Experience & Skills
· Prior experience supporting a Director or CEO.
· Experience in office administration, coordination, and reporting
· Exposure to manufacturing or operations environment is a plus
· Strong English communication (written and verbal)
· Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
· Professional attitude, punctual, organised, and proactive
