Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide operational and technical support to clients using our software applications. The candidate will be responsible for assisting users with software-related queries, resolving data entry issues, guiding clients over phone or remote support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day usage of the application.
The role also involves making follow-up calls to users to encourage regular and timely data entry. This is a customer support role only and does not involve any sales, marketing, or revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and remote support to clients using the software.
- Assist users in resolving software-related issues and data entry problems.
- Guide users on the correct process for entering and updating data in the application.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue escalation and resolution.
- Conduct follow-up calls to clients to encourage regular data entry and improve application usage.
- Monitor pending issues and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare daily reports on support activities and issue status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through courteous communication.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to understand and explain software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Patience, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Helpdesk, Call Center, or Software Support.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time (10AM to 6PM), Monday to Saturday (as per company policy)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
