Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Cyber Security professional to drive cybersecurity initiatives, strengthen enterprise security frameworks, and support the protection of critical technology environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cybersecurity leadership, enterprise security architecture, risk management, and implementing security strategies across infrastructure and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cybersecurity programs and security improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement enterprise security architecture and security controls.
- Manage cybersecurity risks, governance frameworks, and compliance activities.
- Provide security guidance for infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.
- Oversee network security, cloud security, identity and access management, and vulnerability management activities.
- Support threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring initiatives.
- Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners on security requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of overall experience with relevant experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Strong experience in cybersecurity for infrastructure projects and enterprise systems.
- Experience in security architecture, cyber risk management, and security governance.
- Hands-on understanding of security operations, threat management, and vulnerability assessment.
