ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a versatile Software Developer who can work across computer vision/ML and cloud infrastructure - someone who can train and integrate computer vision models and deploy and manage the full ML system on the cloud. This is a cloud-first, AI-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership across model development and infrastructure. Please note that this position requires full-time, in-office presence in Chennai; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available at this time.
- Build, train, and fine-tune computer vision models — object detection, classification, and embeddings (including YOLO-based pipelines)
- Work across the full CV pipeline — data collection, preprocessing, annotation workflows, model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Design and build inference APIs and services to serve CV/ML models in production
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (compute, storage, and deployment services)
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker) for ML services
- Deploy and monitor CV models in production, optimizing for accuracy, performance, and inference latency
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference
- Work with edge deployment and optimization (e.g. Jetson, TensorRT) where applicable.
- Collaborate with the team on system design, code reviews, and documentation
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong understanding of computer vision fundamentals — object detection, image classification, and experience with YOLO or similar frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, and general cloud deployment workflows) Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely across functions
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to take initiative and guide tasks or team members when needed
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site from our office
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to work across ML and cloud infra
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with CV libraries beyond YOLO (OpenCV, detection/segmentation models)
- AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect Associate)
- Experience deploying ML-integrated applications to production
- Prior startup or fast-paced team experience
- Bonus: exposure to PLC control systems or embedded microcontroller programming (e.g. Arduino, ESP32, STM32)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
