We are seeking a dedicated and professional Gynaecology Assistant to support the consultant in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department. The ideal candidate will assist in clinical procedures, patient management, documentation, and departmental coordination while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the consultant during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures.
- Prepare patients for clinical assessments and treatments.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and departmental documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, investigations, and follow-up visits.
- Ensure examination rooms are clean and organized.
- Provide guidance and support to patients regarding departmental procedures.
- Assist in maintaining infection control and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with nursing and other healthcare teams for effective patient care.
- Perform other duties assigned by the department head or consultant.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related healthcare field.
- Valid professional registration/licensure.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Gynaecology, Obstetrics, or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
