POSITION SUMMARY
The Adventure Facilitator position is unique and dynamic, responsible for conducting and supervising all adventure activities while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining equipment and infrastructure, enforcing safety guidelines, and delivering an excellent outdoor experience with professionalism and hospitality
RESPONSIBILITIES
The concerned person will be handling all extreme adventure activities near lake side as per below.
- Sky swing, Superman swing, Giant swing, Rocket ejector, Kayaking, Water cycle, Tree climbing, Dirt Cart
- Even the group adventure activities will be handled such as Archery tag, Bubble soccer, Human foosball, Meltdown, Cricket simulator all above activities conducted by adventure staff will facilitate the guest to ensure of their safety.
- Briefing the guest about the activity and ensure they are safely completed the activity we ensure all the safety measures are taken while guest is in the activity zone Serve the needs of retreat guests with excellence and hospitality.
- Enforce all safety guidelines outlined by Area83 while helping to facilitate safety in the workplace for guests, fellow employees, and properties.
- Participate in regular training exercises.
- Complete the required documentation pertaining to equipment maintenance
- Prepare recreation facilities and equipment for guests
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to physically lift up to 40 pounds and will be required to stand and walk for long periods of time; use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb and balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; talk and hear. The ability to see is required to perform the essential functions of this job.
