Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs using AI tools (image generation, editing, and automation)
- Develop creatives for social media, branding, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Generate multiple design concepts, layouts, and variations using AI platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all creatives (AI-generated and manual)
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and sales teams to meet creative requirements
- Stay updated with the latest AI design tools, trends, and technologies
Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.
- Strong understanding of design principles: color theory, typography, and layout
- Good prompt-writing skills for AI tools (very important)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (added advantage)
- Strong creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to work fast and deliver multiple design options
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong AI tool knowledge can also apply)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of AI-based video tools like Runway, Pictory, etc.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
- Experience working with multiple AI tools
