About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience in SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and digital campaign management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
· Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, link building, and content optimisation.
· Monitor and analyse website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights.
· Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across:
-Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
-Google Ads
-LinkedIn Ads
· Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
· Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
· Monitor campaign KPIs such as impressions, reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
· Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for campaign improvement.
· Stay updated with the latest *SEO, paid advertising, analytics, and digital marketing trends*.
Requirements
· 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and SEO.
· Strong knowledge of *On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
· Practical experience with *Google Analytics / GA4.
· Hands-on experience managing *Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
· Experience in *WhatsApp and Email Marketing campaigns.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
