Key Responsibilities Investment Strategy
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the organization's financial objectives.
- Identify investment opportunities across various asset classes including equities, debt instruments, mutual funds, private equity, real estate, and alternative investments.
- Establish investment objectives, risk tolerance, and performance benchmarks.
Portfolio Management
- Manage and monitor investment portfolios to achieve targeted returns.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalance investments when necessary.
- Optimize asset allocation to improve portfolio performance.
- Track investment performance using financial metrics and analytical tools.
Financial Analysis
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
- Analyze company financial statements, industry trends, and economic indicators.
- Prepare investment reports and recommendations for management.
- Conduct due diligence before investment decisions.
Market Research
- Monitor domestic and international financial markets.
- Evaluate macroeconomic trends affecting investment decisions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments.
- Identify emerging investment opportunities and associated risks.
Risk Management
- Assess financial and operational risks associated with investments.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor portfolio exposure and ensure diversification.
- Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and risk frameworks.
Stakeholder Management
- Present investment strategies and performance reports to senior management and investors.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, brokers, fund managers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investment partners and financial advisors.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and investment guidelines.
- Maintain accurate investment documentation and records.
- Support internal and external audits related to investment activities.
- Adhere to corporate governance standards and ethical investment practices.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual investment performance reports.
- Develop portfolio performance dashboards and financial summaries.
- Present investment analysis and recommendations to leadership.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
