We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Field Executives to expand our customer base and promote our services.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Field Executive to identify potential clients, conduct field visits, generate business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and potential clients to promote company services.
- Generate new business leads through field visits and networking.
- Conduct product and service presentations.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales opportunities.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
- 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving License are preferred.
