Job Title: Lead Manager & Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
The candidate should support the sales team by managing leads from different portals(Leads Collection and Distribution), tracking leads followups,coordinating daily sales activities and collecting and updating feedback of each lead from the respective sales team member, maintaining databases and records, tracking sales performance, and ensuring data accuracy to ensure clear view about the performance of the sales team members individually. The role requires strong organizational skills, data management, and follow-up to ensure effective sales execution timely reporting, and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive sales leads from multiple portals and allocate them to the sales team.
- Track lead status and maintain feedback and follow-up records.
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and provide administrative support.
- Maintain and update customer, distributor, and stockist databases.
- Track sales targets, achievements, and prepare MIS and sales reports.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics for timely order processing and deliveries.
- Maintain sales-related documentation including agreements, pricing, and approvals.
- Support management with sales data analysis and forecasting.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales coordination.
- Strong knowledge of pharma products, distribution, and compliance practices

- Experience with PCD / Franchise / Institutional pharma sales
