Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing flight and hotel reservations, coordinating with suppliers and travel partners, ensuring booking accuracy, and providing seamless travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with reservation systems, strong destination knowledge, and excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle domestic and international flight bookings and hotel reservations
. ● Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, refunds, and reissues.
● Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, consolidators, and travel suppliers for reservation requirements.
● Verify booking details, pricing, availability, and travel documentation requirements.
● Provide reservation support to the sales and operations teams. ● Ensure timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, and booking confirmations.
● Stay updated on airline policies, hotel contracts, fare rules, and travel regulations.
● Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
● 2–5 years of experience in flight and hotel reservations within the Travel & Tourism industry (Mandatory).
● Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms.
● Strong knowledge of domestic and international airfare structures, ticketing procedures, and hotel booking processes.
● Familiarity with online booking engines and supplier portals.
● Ability to manage multiple bookings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
● Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
● IATA/UFTAA certification or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
● Experience handling FIT, Group, Corporate, and MICE reservations.
● Knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation processes is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
