Faculty – CAT / MBA Entrance Exam Preparation
(Quantitative Ability / Verbal Ability / Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation)
We are looking for passionate and dynamic faculty members to train students preparing for competitive exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, Bank, and other management entrance examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom sessions for Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, and/or Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation.
- Simplify complex concepts and teach students with varying levels of proficiency.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, practice discussions, and test analysis sessions.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and mock test discussions.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and mentoring.
- Motivate students and help them improve problem-solving speed, accuracy, and exam strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this role should possess:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong subject knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension
- Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation
- Familiarity with competitive exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, Bank, SSC, or similar aptitude-based exams.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Prior teaching experience in coaching institutes is preferred but not mandatory for deserving candidates.

Pay: ₹350.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
