Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time Embroidery Puncher / Designer for our Surat-based unit. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate, production-ready embroidery designs and punch files as per buyer and production requirements. Immediate availability is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitize and punch embroidery designs using professional embroidery software
- Convert artwork into high-quality embroidery files suitable for bulk production
- Select correct stitch types, density, underlay, and sequencing
- Make edits and corrections as per sampling and production feedback
- Ensure designs are compatible with embroidery machines and fabrics
- Handle logo, garment, and decorative embroidery designs
- Maintain proper file management and version control
- Coordinate with sampling and production teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years experience as an Embroidery Puncher / Digitizer
- Proficiency in Wilcom software
- Strong understanding of embroidery machines and stitch behavior
- Knowledge of fabrics, threads, stabilizers, and embroidery techniques
- Ability to work from AI, PDF, JPG, PNG artwork files
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
