Job Summary
We are looking for an Instagram Growth and Content Intern who can help grow our social media presence organically. The role requires a strong understanding of Instagram content, trends, and audience engagement, with a focus on building a premium brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Instagram content including posts, reels, and stories
Create engaging reels with strong hooks, transitions, and storytelling
Research trends and adapt them to align with the brand’s aesthetic
Write captions and assist with hashtag strategy
Monitor engagement including likes, comments, shares, and saves
Track weekly performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Instagram content and trends
Strong sense of aesthetics, especially in fashion or lifestyle content
Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar
Consistency, reliability, and willingness to take ownership
Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory
Compensation
₹1000 per month initially
Performance based increments based on measurable growth and engagement
Growth Opportunity
