For BDM - Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the office lighting and architectural materials segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, PMCs, and corporate clients
- Drive project-based sales and achieve assigned revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for design, estimation, and execution of projects
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects

Key Requirements:
- Experience in office lighting / architectural materials industry
- Strong network with architects, consultants, and corporate clients
- Proven track record in B2B/project sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
