Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Ads & Lead Generation Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing LinkedIn advertising campaigns, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, managing email marketing activities, and generating high-quality leads through strategic marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Optimize LinkedIn company and personal profiles for better reach and engagement
- Execute email marketing campaigns including database management, campaign setup, and performance tracking
- Create, schedule, edit, and publish engaging content on LinkedIn
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly analytical reports
- Generate qualified leads through paid and organic strategies
- Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates
- Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives and copies
- Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
- Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn marketing trends and tools
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies
- Experience in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Knowledge of content creation & scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn marketing / Digital Marketing
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools
- Basic knowledge of paid ads strategy and audience targeting
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach
