Job Purpose
To drive sales growth by promoting and selling plant and machinery to manufacturers in the woven sack bag and related industries, while building strong customer relationships and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Promote and sell machinery for woven sack bag manufacturing and closing industries.
- Generate leads through field visits, exhibitions, digital platforms, and industry references.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and finalize sales orders.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
Qualification Requirements
Experience Requirements
- 6 –10 years of experience in industrial machinery or B2B sales.
- Experience in woven sack, packaging, or manufacturing machinery industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of industrial machinery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
