Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for brands, advertisers, and partner networks.
- Coordinate directly with clients to collect campaign requirements, offers, creatives, tracking links,
and campaign updates.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand campaign objectives and recommend suitable
campaign opportunities to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely support.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, launches, live tracking, and
optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, share regular updates, reports, and actionable insights with
clients.
- Track campaign performance, identify issues proactively, and coordinate with internal teams for
timely resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and recommend optimization strategies to
improve campaign outcomes.
- Identify alternate and similar campaigns for clients based on category, performance trends, and
business objectives to drive incremental revenue.
- Identify opportunities to scale existing campaigns and support upselling and cross-selling
initiatives.
- Work closely with brands, networks, publishers, and internal teams to maximize campaign
delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth.
- Ensure timely validation, reconciliation, and payout processing for campaigns.
- Support automation initiatives using n8n workflows to improve operational efficiency and reporting
accuracy.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Campaign Operations, or
Performance Marketing.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of performance marketing, affiliate marketing, campaign tracking, validations,
and digital advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaign timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-first approach.
- Exposure to workflow automation tools such as n8n will be an added advantage.
