About the Role
Quality Webs is looking for a proactive, disciplined, and growth-oriented BDR/SDR who will be responsible for lead generation, data profiling, scheduling meetings, and contributing to cloud sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Generate, profile, and qualify leads for IT and cloud services.

Understand customer business challenges and initiate meaningful conversations.

Identify basic requirements and schedule meetings with PreSales team

Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to support proposals and demos.

Engage prospects through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data using CRM or tracking tools.
-
Build relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.

Contribute to pipeline growth and support the achievement of sales targets.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Exposure to related software and infrastructure offerings.

Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).

Basic understanding of IT products and cloud services.

Prior experience in inside sales, lead generation, or IT sales is an advantage.

Ability to work in a structured, target-oriented environment.
-
AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) certification is a plus.

Competitive base salary.

10%–20% hike on current base salary (based on experience and skills).
