Yeoman Marine Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts Payable & Taxation to join our Accounts & Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable management and vendor reconciliations
- TDS and GST accounting, compliance, and reconciliations
- Ledger scrutiny and identification of discrepancies
- Credit card expense booking and reconciliation
- Preparation of Creditors, Debtors, and MSME ageing reports
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
- Support in statutory audits and tax assessments
- Assistance in preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
- Month-end and year-end closing activities
- Other accounts and finance-related responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Profile:
- B.Com / M.Com qualification
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
- Experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
