🎯 Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and product knowledge
Explain lighting products (LEDs, chandeliers, wall lamps, etc.) with clarity and enthusiasm
Demonstrate product features like wattage, color temperature, dimming options, and design aesthetics
Maintain showroom presentation and ensure lighting displays are clean and functional
Handle billing, basic documentation, and coordinate with backend for delivery
Stay updated on new arrivals, lighting trends, and seasonal promotions
Support in-store events and promotional campaigns
🧠Skills & Qualities
Good communication and customer service skills
Interest in home decor, lighting, or interior aesthetics
Basic understanding of electrical terms (training will be provided)
Pleasant personality and willingness to learn
Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred
Familiarity with billing software is a plus
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate in any stream
Training provided for freshers
Salary: ‚¹12,000€“‚¹18,000/month + incentives
