About the Role
We are seeking a Production Engineer with transformer manufacturing experience to manage production activities at our Rabale facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise transformer manufacturing operations including core assembly, coil winding, tanking, wiring, oil filling, and final assembly.
- Monitor production planning and execution to achieve daily targets.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, testing, and quality teams for smooth production flow.
- Ensure adherence to transformer quality standards and manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot shop-floor production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.
- Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of transformer manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of transformer production processes.
- Experience in power/distribution transformer manufacturing preferred.
