Job Summary
The Shoe Cleaning & Laundry Attendant is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining shoes, as well as assisting with laundry operations. The role includes garment sorting, washing, drying, ironing support, quality inspection, and ensuring all items are cleaned according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, wash, deodorize, polish, and restore all types of shoes.
- Inspect shoes and garments for stains, damage, or special care requirements.
- Sort garments according to fabric type and cleaning method.
- Operate laundry, drying, and shoe-cleaning equipment safely.
- Assist in washing, drying, folding, steam ironing, and packing garments.
- Perform stain treatment using approved cleaning techniques.
- Conduct quality checks before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry and shoe-cleaning work area.
- Report damaged garments, shoes, or equipment to the Operations Executive.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Basic knowledge of laundry processes and shoe cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to identify different fabrics and shoe materials.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,756.30 per month
