Luminary Lines is a high-ticket video editing and content creation elite mentorship program, helping students build careers and businesses in content creation. We're scaling our operations across India, with plans to expand into the UAE market.
Role Summary
We're looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of Luminary Lines' business operations — sitting between founder-level strategy and the functional teams (sales, delivery, content, and marketing). This is a high-ownership role for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and process discipline to a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage daily operations across sales (BDM/BDE team), delivery/mentorship, and content functions
- Track and report on team performance metrics (lead-to-meeting conversion, meeting-to-close rates, daily/weekly/monthly BDE performance) using our internal CRM dashboard
- Drive funnel optimization — identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and coordinate corrective action with BDM/BDE teams
- Manage the Luminary Points System (LPS) and student tracking systems to ensure delivery quality and accountability
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and performance management for BDEs as we expand state-wise (Kerala → Tamil Nadu → other states → UAE)
- Act as the single point of accountability for cross-functional execution, reporting directly to the founder
- Support monthly P&L tracking, ad spend review, and operational cost management
- Ensure SOPs (mentor coordination, sales compliance, student rulebook) are followed and continuously improved
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
