About the Role:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to support on-ground sales and market development for EyeROV. This role is field-heavy and involves visiting government offices, public sector departments, and partners to identify opportunities, schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and support RSMs in closures. Ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a career in high-tech industrial sales.
The West Region BDE will drive EyeROV’s sales efforts in the industrial and maritime belt, focusing on oil & gas operators, dam authorities, and port clients. This region has strong potential for underwater inspections and ROV service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop relationships with oil & gas PSUs, refineries, and port authorities.

Explore opportunities in dam inspections and maritime services.

Coordinate with the service team for on-site demos and proposal preparation.

Build partnerships with marine contractors and system integrators.

Update CRM with field data and assist RSM (West) in lead conversions.

Support vendor registrations and tender participation for government projects.
Skills Required:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory

Knowledge of public procurement or working with government departments is a plus

Self-motivated, field-ready, and good at reporting

Able to understand technical products (basic)

Experience :

3 – 5 years in field sales, B2B or B2G preferred
