Customer Service Executive
Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to handle and resolve customer and farmer complaints effectively. The candidate will be responsible for managing support tickets, maintaining complaint records in CRM systems, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and must be fluent in multiple languages, especially Hindi, English, Telugu, and Marathi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and farmer complaints through calls, chats, emails, and ticketing systems.
- Resolve issues raised by customers and farmers in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and manage customer support tickets until closure.
- Maintain complaint records and customer interaction details using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
- Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to communicate reported issues and ensure proper resolution.
- Follow up on pending complaints and ensure all customer issues are resolved within the expected timelines.
- Update daily complaint sheets and maintain accurate service reports.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned teams when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Language Requirements (Mandatory)
Candidates must be able to communicate in:
- Hindi (Mandatory)
- English (Mandatory)
- Telugu (Preferred)
- Marathi (Highly Preferred / Added Advantage)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in customer service, customer support, telecalling, or complaint handling is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Excel, and ticket management systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with teams and technicians effectively.
- Good follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with multilingual communication skills are preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support or agricultural support services is an added advantage.
- Should be patient, responsible, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
