Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with 5–8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
