The Technical Application Support Engineer is responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining the underlying infrastructure (hardware and software) on which TMF Group’s core business applications operate. This role ensures that application infrastructure is stable, secure, resilient, and performs consistently to meet business needs.
The position focuses on non-functional support, including performance optimization, security, availability, and recovery of application environments. In addition to hands-on technical responsibilities, the engineer is accountable for day-to-day operational activities of a small technical team, contributing to infrastructure architecture decisions, and continuously improving support processes in line with ITIL principles.
