- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged applications.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms and their application in software customization.
- Ability to monitor and optimize application performance in cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to application configuration and support.

- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
