- End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (technical, project sites, and back-office functions).
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen CVs, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and department heads.
- Manage candidate experience from application to final offer stage.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs and timelines.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
