Job Summary
The Sales & Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach activities, and assisting in converting prospects into long-term clients.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and a good understanding of digital marketing services.
-Key Roles & Responsibilities
*Lead Generation
· Identify and generate potential business leads through multiple channels
· Research target companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities
· Build prospect databases for outreach campaigns
*Sales Outreach
· Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls
· Send cold emails and outreach messages
· Perform LinkedIn outreach and Instagram DM marketing
· Engage with prospects professionally and maintain relationships
*Client Coordination
· Understand client requirements and business challenges
· Schedule meetings and discovery calls with management
· Coordinate with internal teams for proposal discussions and onboarding
*Business Development
· Promote Bridging Associates Pvt Ltd’s digital marketing and eCommerce services
· Explore partnership and collaboration opportunities
· Support business expansion strategies in India and international markets
*Reporting & Tracking
· Maintain daily activity reports
· Update lead status and sales pipeline regularly
· Share weekly performance and progress reports
*Services to Promote
The consultant will primarily promote services including:
· SEO Services
· Ecommerce SEO Services
· Google Ads & PPC
· Social Media Marketing
· Website Development
· Ecommerce Management
· Lead Generation Services
· Branding & Digital Growth Solutions
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong sales and persuasion ability
· Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
· Confidence in handling client conversations
· Good follow-up and relationship management skills
· Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
· Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing
· Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, Apollo, or email outreach tools
· Experience dealing with B2B clients preferred
· Knowledge of international markets is an advantage
